Our services are provided through consultation, analysis, recommendations, and ongoing support as agreed in individual service agreements.

User Obligations

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of payment terms.

Confidentiality

We understand that in the course of providing our services, we may have access to confidential information about your business operations. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Similarly, any proprietary methodologies, tools, or information shared by CosmicAnvil during the provision of services should be treated as confidential by the client.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CosmicAnvil, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CosmicAnvil for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We provide our services and recommendations based on the information available to us and industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from implementing our recommendations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CosmicAnvil makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or services included on the website.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform may be used for resolving disputes related to online transactions where applicable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
